The department also provides food and beverages for events and functions held within the parliamentary precinct, such as weddings, private functions, parliamentary events, high-profile and media-related events.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in providing administrative support to a catering team or a similar environment
- Knowledge of catering invoicing, booking, and menu planning processes and systems
- Proficiency in using a range of computer software packages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A relevant qualification in administration, business, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
