Join a leading Architectural firm based in Cairns as their full-time permanent Office Administrator. Hays Recruitment is proud to assist this quality assured and innovative practice in finding the right candidate. You will join a team that provides outstanding design and development services for various commercial projects to urban and interior design.
Your new role
You will be the Office Administrator for this award-winning and innovative Architectural practice. You will greet all clients and provide high-level administrative support to the Directors and the Executive team. Your general office management duties will include meeting coordination, report and agenda preparation, travel bookings, stationery maintenance, office training and social club planning. You will also identify new business opportunities and tenders and create and deliver new business proposals and presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a well-presented, motivated individual with solid administration experience. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to liaise with different stakeholders while handling confidential information. You will be adaptable and quick-witted, and have the ability to deliver high-level documents. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a creative environment. Having an interest or experience in Architecture and Design would be highly desirable.
