We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant (MEDICAL) to be based within our client's Jandakot office 4 days per week.
Team Administration Assistant Location: Jandakot Pay rate: $42 per hour + Super Role length- 3 months with possible extension Hours- PART TIME 4 full days- working days to be negotiated Start date - IMMEDIATELY We are currently seeking an experienced Team Administration Assistant to be based within our client's Jandakot office. This would suit someone who has come from a Medical or Health related background, ideally you will have had some exposure to providing Team Administration support and meeting coordination (booking, minutes and agendas) or in a similar environment working as a Personal Assistant or related area. This position is responsible for the support and documentation of high-level administration and assistance to all other areas of medical administration and clinical/nursing teams as required. I have included the skill requirements we're looking for;
Demonstrated experience in high level administration
Good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level administration support, maintain discretion and confidentiality
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a multidisciplinary team
Be well organised and have the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
Ability to take minutes accurately and exceptional time management
Previous experience with document control
Editing and proof-reading experience
Healthcare administration background
Essential requirements:
You must be happy to undergo a police check or provide one conducted within the past 12 months
