Our purpose is to make a difference in the lives of our clients. That is why we are searching for a passionate, dedicated and organised person to join our billing team.
About the position
We are looking for a new part time (3 days) team member to join our growing billing team. The working days are fixed to ensure the team is working together on the same days. Thursday is on site in our Northcote office is required and you can work from home or on site on Wednesday and Friday (or work on site if you prefer)
This is an opportunity to make a difference in the experiences of people with a disability from your expectational communication, data entry and organisational skills. Working in a fantastic billing team and alongside our dedicated therapists, you will be responsible for
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Creating and transferring client specific data
- Responding to client invoice enquiries
- Liaison with clients and stakeholders as required
- Liaise with and support the intake team
About you
This is an opportunity to bring your client service experience and admin skills to make a real difference
- Mostly important is that you
- Are an exceptional communicator with polite and respectful phone manner and attentive listening skills
- Are extremely organised and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in a busy and time sensitive role
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- You can work with people from every walk of life, including people with a disability, and diverse backgrounds
- You take the initiative and can work autonomously
- You are skilled at multitasking and following things through to the end
- Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly master other CRMs & platforms
- Formal qualification are not a requirement for this role
