Council’s Civic Compliance Branch is recruiting for the position of Administration Officer Building – R2455.

Position Objectives The officer will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and efficient administrative and clerical support services to the Building department with primary focus on:
    • Building administration
    • Customer service
  • Provision of customer service by way of telephone and counter interface.  
     

Qualifications and ExperienceIdeally the successful applicant will have the following:

  • Significant experience in office administration
  • Experience working within a team environment.
  • Significant customer service experience.
  • Experience in the use and operation of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the use of an Electronic Document Management System (e.g. Records Manager).
  • Current and satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain
     

Salary and Conditions The position is classified within Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $68,554.72 to $73,229.20 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
