Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Clinical Director and Medical Directors.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the Clinical Director and Medical Directors on a day-to-day basis.
- Organise, coordinate, and manage all secretarial and administrative aspects for the Clinical Director and Medical Directors in a professional manner, including diary management.
Remuneration value up to $94 810 p.a., comprising salary between $74 722 - $83 097 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (temporary position available for 12 months with possible extension). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
