administrator who can make a real impact in the community through their work at
Latrobe Leisure.About this RoleAs Administration Officer you
will support the Centre Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Churchill
facility.You will be responsible for
delivering a range of administrative tasks including:Handling
customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.Registering
and maintaining customer details including general bookings, swimming lessons, memberships
and other programsProviding administrative
support to Latrobe Leisure.About YouFor this position we are seeking
an enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide quality administrative
support.You will have:Diploma
or relevant qualification in recreation management, business management or
business administration, Food Handlers Certificate and/or Pool Operators
qualification obtained or
willing to obtain.Experience
in administration and time managementExperience
in cash-handlingExcellent
interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Advanced
First Aid Certificate (Level 2 First Aid)Be
willing to obtain and maintain a Pool Lifeguard QualificationAll successful applicants are
