Position: Full-time Administration Officer
Location: Oakey Army Base, Queensland, Australia

Hours: 07:30 am - 3:30 pm (40 hours per week)
Role Overview: Combined Trades Group is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at the Oakey Army Base. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting trades personnel with day-to-day administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in the trade industry who possess strong organisational skills, computer proficiency, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to tradesmen.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for trades personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the trade industry is desirable.
- Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain a Defence Clearance Pass to gain access to work site the Oakey Army Defence Base.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
- A proactive approach to work with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
