We currently have a position for an Administration Officer to join our team in our Pinelands depot.
Daily duties include:
- Answering phones
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Answering emails and customer enquiries
- Processing, scanning and filing paperwork
- Writing and processing consignment notes and manifesting
- Occasional invoicing
- Processing incoming freight
- Stationery and staff amenity purchases
- Transport quarantine paperwork
- General office duties
Required skills:
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with the ability to multi-task
- Transport experience essential
The successful applicant will be the only person in the office working closely with the depot manager. During busy periods multi-tasking is essential with the ability to problem solve.
