The Role:
- Preparing invoices and accounts receivable tasks.
- Preparing purchase orders and accounts payable tasks.
- Lodging and approving support tickets.
- Producing management reports.
- Actioning phone and email communications promptly.
- Supporting sales and technical teams.
Required:
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Experience with accounting systems such as Xero or MYOB.
- Experience with office software especially Outlook, Word & Excel.
