We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to support our national team on a day-to-day basis.
The Role
Based at our head office in Brisbane, you will work as part of our National Operations team, providing administrative support to our Recruitment Consultants. No two days will be the same, but some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the candidate registration process, including screening applications, visa checks, skills testing, preparing candidate profiles and conducting reference checks
- Assisting with the candidate submittal process, including uploading candidates to client portals and completing accompanying documentation
- Use of job boards, including Seek and LinkedIn to post ads and source candidates
- Database management, including scanning and data entry of new information
- Assisting with creating and distributing marketing material
- Reception duties including answering and directing calls, taking messages, meeting & greeting visitors, and managing & tidying meeting rooms
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
You
The ideal candidate for this position will have 12 months of previous administration experience in a professional services environment. However, previous experience is not essential, and we are willing to provide training and mentoring to the right candidate. In addition, you will:
- Be a highly personable and confident person who enjoys being part of a dynamic and successful team
- Have fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive industry
- Have strong Microsoft Office and database management skills
- Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude!
