About the role
You will be reporting to the National Pallet Manager. The Warehouse Administrator/Pallet Controller oversees and manages the daily pallet operations. To succeed in this challenging role, you must effectively prioritise daily reporting, record keeping, and attention to detail to ensure time-critical milestones are achieved. Your hard work may lead to long-term career progression and opportunities for the right candidate. If successful, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing daily pallet operations within the Operations Excellence team
- Monitoring and recording pallet documentation and spreadsheets
- Work closely with the National Pallet Manager to ensure operations are efficient
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks in a Warehouse & Operations environment
- Ensure business and customer needs are met.
- Looking to start ASAP
- Proven experience as a pallet controller - MyChep, 2IC or similar software experience
- Up to 1 year's experience within a Transport and Logistics Administration role or similar
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer savvy, with competent MS Office skills – strong understanding of Excel
- High attention to detail, with an autonomous work ethic
- Track, monitor and report on deliveries
- Analytical nature and process-driven personality, with a keen sense of urgency
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
