About the Role
Due to the expansion of our business, we are seeking a Part-Time Administration Officer/ Accounts Payable/Receivable to work closely with our senior finance officer. The job has flexibility regarding hours and day with a proposal of six hours a day, three days a week. Opportunity to increase hours as the role progresses.
We work with a small office team of 7 people and wanting an 8th person to join the team and assist our senior finance officer.

The Role
This position integrates with our Senior Financial Officer and Sales team in our small but cohesive team.
Your duties will include but not limited to;
- MYOB Accounts payable and receivable
- MYOB Reconciliation
- Data entry
- Credit cards entering/reconciling
- Creating processes and procedures
- Dropbox management
General administration duties relevant to the construction industry not limed to;
- WPH&S
- Fencing claims
- Building Approvals Documentation
- Construction Completion Documentation

Requirements
- Possess the above qualities
- MYOB experience to intermediate level
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Hold an open Drivers License
- Live central to Sunshine Coast
What we offer :-
This is a part-time position of approx 18hrs per week. We propose Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am – 3pm.
- This position is based at our modern office located at 87 Sunrise Drive, Maroochydore
- $30 - $35 per hour - Plus Super
- Pro-Rata 4 weeks of annual leave along with other statutory leave
