The Administration Officer role is a very important role in the support of the Lifeline Retail Stores as well as our Warehouse and Customers.

Your part in our UnitingCare Community team

In the Administration Officer role your tasks will include but not be limited to providing support for the recruitment of Team Members and Volunteers, maintaining accurate records, payroll submission, stock management and general communication.

What makes a difference for us? 

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
