This challenging role requires a highly motivated, confident and organised individual who has an enthusiastic and mature approach and a can do attitude.
Your day to day role will include, but not be limited to:
- The day to day running of the office
- Monitor and update daily commercial client data
- Answer inbound calls
- Book/schedule treatments
- Respond to emails, work orders and potential jobs
- Schedule and create job run schedules for technicians which maximize the efficient delivery of services to our domestic and commercial customers
- Prepare and provide quotes to clients
- Process payments
- General admin duties
- Data entry, update and maintain client records
- General office cleaning
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes:
• The ability to build rapport with internal and external clientele.
• Experience on the phones is essential.
• Ability to prioritise work, show discretion and initiative.
• Good problem solving & decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and general computer knowledge.
