Your roleWe are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our rapidly expanding and dynamic Financial Planning team in a full-time capacity. This newly created position will be an integral part of our leading team of support staff and financial advisers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Implementation of advice in line with compliance requirements.
- Liaising with third parties, such as fund managers and Centrelink.
- Using your initiative to improve efficiencies in all areas of administration.
- Ongoing client management.
We want to hear from people who have:
- Experienced (1 + years’) in an administrative role, preferably within the Financial Planning industry.
- Have a solid understanding of superannuation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficient in working within a well-defined compliance framework.
- Open to learning, keeping up to date with industry changes and sharing knowledge.
- Client focused and enjoy working within a team environment.
- Experienced in working with XPlan (advantageous).
