This role will offer training but will require you to have some previous experience as an administrator.To help us facilitate the successful delivery of our projects, day to day you could be:
- Assisting in the production of certificates, reports, local authority lodgements and any other legislative documents across all states.
- Processing legislative submissions prior to set deadlines via relevant platforms of email, phone, mail, or government online portals.
- Answering phones, relaying messages and assisting customers with enquiries.
- Generating invoices in consultation with the project manager.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, within the property/construction industry is highly desirable
- A positive can-do attitude, be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed
- Intermediate Microsoft office
- Sound researching, analysis and reporting skills is advantageous
- Business Administration diploma or degree is highly desirable
