Administration/Reception

The Role: 

PerioHealth & Implants are looking for a friendly natured person to join our team as an Administration/Receptionon a part time basis, 3 days a week. This position will be based in our Ipswich location with the occasional travel day to other clinics. You will have the opportunity to work with periodontists who hold an impeccable reputation in the industry.

We are looking for an administration person who is interested in a carer in the dental industry. 

University students will not be suitable for this role. 

This will be a part time position mostly three days a week with an occasion fourth day, with no weekend work required. The role would involve active on desk reception and administration work and occasional off desk clinical duties. 

About You

You will need to have good customer skills, a friendly disposition to your colleagues and the patients, and be able to take and follow instructions. You will need to be a team player, patient focused, and be a self-starter with regard to using your initiative and logic. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Personal presentation, customer service, and telephone skills.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a reception environment.
• The ability to liaise with other staff
• Co-ordinate on a daily basis with our other locations
• deal with all aspects of Medical Reception duties
• learn Dolphin Software
