The Opportunity
Due to continuous growth within the business, my client is looking for a self-motivated and diligent Reception/ASIC Office Administration Officer to join their growing team!
This unique opportunity would suit someone that is ready for their next challenge in their career, with lots of opportunity to progress to Office Management!
Your typical duties and responsibilities may include -
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
- Preparing client correspondence
- Liaising ATO and ASIC related tasks and matters
- Supporting the Accounting team
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Assisting with Debtors
- Preparing invoices/billing
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
- 2 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position
- Experience using CAS 360 or similar is preferred
- Understanding of the ATO portal
- Proactive approach to work
- Highly organised, meticulous and efficient
- Strong work ethic with high degree of self motivation
- Social culture - multiple events throughout the calendar year
- Early finishes on Fridays to enjoy "Cocktail Hour" with the team!
