AddressBusy importer of building supplies in Hemmant Qld. is looking for a young person to train as a junior office support person to help our current office staff.
Requirements –
- Good phone etiquette
- Experience not essential
- Legible hand writing
- Must have reasonable keyboard skills & data entry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook an advantage
- In house training will be provided in office procedure
Role will include –
- Answering telephone and directing calls
- Data entry
- Maintenance of spreadsheets
- Assisting current office staff in carrying out their duties
- Filing, photocopying, etc.
