Beemart Enterprises is seeking an energetic and proactive administration assistant to join our rapidly growing faced paced fresh produce business in Rockhampton.
The expected hours of the role will be approximately 20-25 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and has excellent phone and customer service skills. Experience in using and a sound understanding of Microsoft Office & CRM programs.
The successful applicant's role will include, but is not limited to:
• Customer service including relationship building and follow up.
• Monitor and actioning incoming emails.
• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to customers.
• Taking and entering orders.
• Invoicing orders.
• Account follow up including requesting and processing payment.
• Stock receival process within the system.
• Report to manager when irregular items have been ordered.
• Assist in stock availability enquiries and stock take procedures.
• Record receipts, process payments and banking.
• Provide support to Sales Team.
• Any other duties requested by DC Supervisor or Regional Manager.
