We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team at Ourimbah Campus. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to staff, students, and external stakeholders, particularly those within the Exercise and Sports Science discipline.
- Provide comprehensive teaching administrative support to staff at Ourimbah and Gosford campuses, including course outline generation, timetable management, assessment processing, and sessional teaching contracts.
- Assist in the organization of rescheduled assessments and reasonable adjustment plan conditions for students.
- Support Exercise staff in the Exercise clinic with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with the management of teaching service agreements and accreditation documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Discipline of Exercise and Sports Science, including attending meetings, preparing minutes, and assisting with presentations.
- Collaborate with research support staff to provide advice and support to HDR students, particularly those in the Exercise and Sports Science discipline.
- Coordinate travel bookings using the University Travel System for staff and students, including accommodation and conference registrations.
- Offer general office support at the Central Coast campuses, including stationary ordering, mail distribution, and visitor parking requests.
This fixed term position is part time 2 days per week until December 2026 at a HEW 5 Higher Education Level and will be based at the Ourimbah Campus (Darkinjung land)

About the Unit
The School of Biomedical Sciences & Pharmacy is part of the College of Health, Medicine & Wellbeing. The School has primary responsibility for the Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons), Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Master of Exercise Physiology degree programs, but also teaches into all other programs offered by the College of Health, Medicine & Wellbeing, including medicine, nursing and allied health.
The school is one of the University's most research-intensive schools, currently being ranked in the top three in terms of external research funding.
