About Monash Doctors

About the Role   
The Monash Doctors Workforce (MDW) is responsible for managing Junior Medical Staff (JMS) rotations, providing employee service functions to JMS & SMS and for providing advice on all issues relating to the employment of medical staff at Monash Health. 
The Administrative Support Officer is responsible for operational functions under the guidance of the Director - Monash Doctors Workforce

This position is the first point of contact for any Monash Health staff or external stakeholder who present to, telephone or email the Monash Health Medical Workforce Unit. This role must provide the best experience for any person who engages with the Medical Workforce unit. We support flexible working arrangements with a hybrid working from home and onsite requirement. The position has become available due to the current Administrative Officer transitioning to another role within the team

  • Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills. 

  • Demonstrated flexibility with work duties and location.
