This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm.Duties and Responsibilities:Reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors.Organizing keys for daily use of general fleet.Ensuring vehicle maintenance schedules are up to date.Coordinating cleaning services for homes.Collecting and distributing mail.Performing general administrative duties.Handling some accounts payable and receivable tasks.Skills and Experience:Efficient receptionist skills (phone handling, visitor greeting).Coordination skills.General administrative experience.Valid driver's license.Exceptional customer service aptitudeAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
