A very exciting Administration Officer role within a main Water Board is needed to commence immediately, on a 4-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend. Located in the beautiful area of Latrobe Valley, the role of Administration Officer will be to provide a range of efficient administrative support and further support the management and wider team within the business.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Support and coordinate training sessions requirements

• Review and manage sensitive documentation

• General administrative support

• Liaising with internal and external contractors and stakeholders

• Other Ad-hoc duties as required

• Extensive administration experience within a busy environment

• Excellent time management, organisation skills and attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• High standards of professional verbal and written communication

• Ability to work autonomously

• Confident, ambitious, and proactive
