An exciting full-time opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our close knit team based in Hervey Bay. You will liaise with customers and corporate clients, make outbound progress update calls, receive inbound enquires via phone and email and while overseeing the claims repair experience for customers. This role will involve working a 38 hour week from 8.30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic chance to join a stable and secure company that values its people above all else!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and their customers
- Drive customer focused outcomes
- Running daily and weekly reporting as well as following up the team for outcomes
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Sending and actioning emails, registering claims that come through and overseeing them from start to finish
- Ensuring KPI’s are met, including your mentioned submissions
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Work varying programs and Client portal’s at any one time
- Complete submission of client reports and quotations
- Issue residential and commercial building contracts to customers, including processing and review of returned signed contracts
Criteria:
- Strong customer experience background
- Insurance background desirable, however, not required.
- Prior experience in an office based role
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
- Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
