Purpose of the Role: Providing legal advice and strategy relating to contract administration, claims and dispute management. The role will also include contract drafting, legal research and advising on legal aspects of project delivery, liability and legal compliance. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in law and eligibility to hold a practising certificate in NSW (preferred) or previous experience in a receptionist and or legal office.
White Card (can be obtained prior to commencement) Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working customer focused, administrative or problem solving role Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works is desirable Required Competencies: Solid technical writing and communication skills Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative in its own work A problem solver Undertake objective, critical analysis to draw accurate conclusions that recognise and manage contextual issues Work through issues, weigh up alternatives and identify the most effective solutions Stay calm and act constructively in highly pressured…
