About the Role:
Our Queensland team are currently seeking an Administrator to join the team, based at our Hamiton Office. Playing an integral part, you will be responsible for the mobilisation of personnel to various mine sites and locations across Queensland and supporting the divisional Coordinators with day-to-day operational administration duties.

About the Role:
Our Queensland team are currently seeking an Administrator to join the team, based at our Hamiton Office. Playing an integral part, you will be responsible for the mobilisation of personnel to various mine sites and locations across Queensland and supporting the divisional Coordinators with day-to-day operational administration duties.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Site mobilisation of personnel
- Booking and managing employee flights and accommodation
- Organising relevant training, site-specific inductions, PPE and medical requirements
- Monitoring of employee licenses/tickets and maintaining training matrix
- Timesheet and payroll reconciliation
- Creation and reconciliation of monthly invoices
- Maintain high level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (mining exposure advantageous)
- Must have a valid Australian Drivers license
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Experience in any of the following systems will be highly regarded; GreenTree, TOKN, Ariba, Workflow
- A positive attitude and genuine team player
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks and priorities to ensure deliverables are met
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to build a good rapport with team members and field employees
- Full time permanent role, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
