The opportunity:As an Accounts Administrator at Kinetic, you will play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable/payable while providing essential Administrative and Operational support across the business unit. Key responsibilities include:
You’ll be involved in:/ Build and Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, clients, vendors and customers.
/ Review and process payments on invoices with corresponding purchase orders.
/ Oversee and manage the float and change machines to ensure balance amounts are correct.
/ Actively manage the uniform ordering for all new onboarding recruits.
/ Provide support and relief to Operations where required, involving data entry and scanning (electronic) filing to cloud, Dispatch services, bus and driver replacement to back fill shortages that arise, planning and scheduling adjustments.
/ Assist with administrative and customer service support including answering of phones calls, assistance at the front desk during peak busy periods, issuing new and topping up existing travel cards.
/ Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement across all aspects of Kinetic.
Participate in and implement projects as requested including community and staff engagement.
/ Promote a safe work environment in accordance with Kinetic Code of Conduct and Company Values to ensure the health safety and wellbeing of all employees, Visitors and contractors.

/ Proficient in MYOB or similar, Microsoft Excel / Word, Coach Manager (Highly Regarded).
/ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to draw out meaningful information and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
/ Ability to communicate and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, vendors and customers.
/ Highly developed time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
/ Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
/ Willingness to undertake drug and alcohol screening.
/ Show the capacity to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding organisation.
Desirable:/ Previous experience in transport/logistics industry.
/ Understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and fatigue management practices.
/ Local knowledge of Urban Bus Network.
