Perf's Fabrication and Welding is a small locally owned business based in Muswellbrook who are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all our employees. We supply labour throughout the Hunter Valley and due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experience Induction/ Training admin person to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- No weekend work
- Completing site inductions for staff
- HR Admin Work
- Experience with onboarding new employees
- Answering Phones
- Using Xero Accounting Software
- Creating client files
- Booking renewals of training
- Providing support to all management
- Experience with booking new training and renewals
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Drafting correspondence, emails and documents
- Assisting with on-boarding and welcoming of new employees
- A positive attitude with an energetic and hands-on approach to work

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Organised
- Manual Licence
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software
- A can-do attitude
- Experience with onboarding new employees

- Previous experience in similar role
- Reliable, committed and hardworking
- Takes initiative and pride in their work
- Experience in completing site inductions for staff
- Able to Independently and Unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC computers
- Be able to work Independently in a team environment
- Knowing how to handle hard to deal with customers
- A positive attitude with an energetic and hands-on approach to work
