About the role
WesTrac is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team in Wagga Wagga!
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you providing administrative support to assist with everyday operations throughout the branch. You will utilise your previous experience to assist with timesheet and data entry, organising travel and expenses as well as maintaining our training and safety systems. As a Service Administrator, you will gain exposure to multiple areas throughout the business including customer service, administration support and daily reconciliation.
This position is offered as a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Contractor site access management
  • Data entry and reporting + Daily timesheet entry
  • Vendor management
  • Work order opening and invoicing
  • Previous experience maintaining safety, training and compliance systems
  • Previous purchasing and customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential).
  • Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
  • Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
