We are seeking a dynamic admin to join our current operations/admin/accounts team. The role will comprise of
- Office/Reception Administration Duties
- MYOB Data Entry
- MYOB Timesheet Entry
You will work hand in hand with our current team and be provided with on the job training. It is a role that is highly rewarding but one which will challenge you.
We are offering a 3-month probation period initially on a casual part-time basis with the potential of becoming Permanent/Part-time for the right candidate. The position will be working with our current admin and we are happy for someone looking to work around school hours.
- Proficiency in MYOB
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Time Management, Multi-tasking & Prioritization skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Good Work Ethic & Integrity
- Team Orientated, must be a team player
As the successful candidate you will need to be highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Entering MYOB
- Answering incoming calls, responding to queries & emails
- Assisting the management team where applicable
- Respond to emails within specified timeframe
- General administration, filing, scanning, and any other duties as directed
