Administrator/Office all-rounder needed in blue-collar environment

is a well-established electrical company, with over 20 years of industry experience. They are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Office All-Rounder. Your new role
As an Office All-Rounder, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Enquiries: Efficiently handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Stock Management: Ordering, receiving, and organising stock inventory. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely restocking.
- Job Scheduling: Coordinating job assignments for our skilled technicians. Ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of tasks.
- Invoicing: Preparing and processing invoices for completed jobs. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain accurate financial records.
- Administrative Tasks: Assisting with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and email communication tools.
- Strong Work Ethic: A dedicated and reliable team player who takes pride in their work.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling paperwork, stock records, and scheduling.
- Can-Do Attitude: Willingness to tackle challenges and contribute positively to the team.
- Autonomous Worker: Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritise effectively.
**Experience with Simpro would be highly advantageous. As would experience using Google Workspace**
