- Maintain Student Support inbox and respond to all enquiries or escalate to other appropriate personnel where necessary.

- Assist with the preparation of student learning materials, assessment tasks and other course resources as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, attendance, and results in the student management system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, under the direction of compliance staff
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience with State Training Services and funding contracts like NSW Smart & Skilled preferred.
- A good working knowledge of The Standards for Registered Training Organisations preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse range of people and develop trust and rapport with them
- A proactive nature to seek opportunities to assist others
- The ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
- Relevant office administration qualifications would be highly regarded
