As an Advisor, Workplace Relations you will be required to:
- Provide sound advice to managers and clients and undertake research on Workplace Relations (including interpretation of legislation, industrial instruments, policies, systems and practices).
- Participate in consultation and negotiations with key stakeholders, as well as contribute to departmental advocacy tribunals including QIRC.
- Assist in the review of policies and procedures.
- Provide secretariat duties for the Agency Consultative Committee as well as draft Workplace Relations correspondence and briefing notes.
