The AU Delivery Services Learning team is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Learning and Development Specialists (internally titled OTR Learning Coordinator) to join our group.

You have experience using and training through LMS programs. The individual in this role will provide high-level program facilitation - face-to-face and online - and feel comfortable managing stakeholders.
Description
An OTR LC is responsible for establishing the right culture, mindset, and training environment. You will independently instruct training sessions, educating Delivery Associates and Service Partners on foundational safety, quality, and productivity aspects that are important in their daily roles. You enable Delivery Associates' and Service Partner success by adapting to different learning styles and taking a hands-on approach to demonstrate best practices. You exhibit a Learn and Be Curious mindset by answering all questions from Delivery Associates and Service Partners and finding answers if you are unsure of the correct response.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Content Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and accessible in-person and e-learning training materials such as presentations, videos, guides, manuals and other resources to support various learning initiatives.
· Facilitation and Delivery: Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions (Business Foundations Week and Operational Experience Week) using e-learning platforms and video conferencing tools.
· Coordination and Logistics: Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders or vendors, and tracking attendance and completion rates.
· Reporting, Evaluation and Assessment: Implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and report data to continuously improve learning experiences.
· Learning Management System: Implementation and on-going administration of the LMS, including system configuration, course setup, user management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
· Organizational Development Support: Contribute to organizational development initiatives by assisting in the design and implementation of strategies, processes, and interventions aimed at improving organization effectiveness, culture, and engagement.
· Stakeholder management skills: Experience working with remote teams with distanced support. Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of progressive stakeholder engagement to achieve a key goal.
Basic Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Learning and Development consultant, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing and delivering effective learning solutions.
● Exceptional instructional design and content development skills.
● More than 6-Months of experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
● Familiar with Storyline, Articulate & Rise
● Experience with Design Principles and UX Design
● Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre, Human Resources or Professional Organisation
● Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills along with outstanding facilitation skills both face to face and online
● Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
● Coaching and mentoring experience
● In-depth knowledge & experience in performance evaluation and driving metrics
Profile
Preferred Qualifications
● Hold a current Driver License
● Willingness to work different shifts and travel within a localised region to support other sites
● Understanding of Delivery Station processes and flow
● Project-management experience in a matrix organisation
● Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, principles in both e-Learning and instructor led environments
● Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Learning Design and Facilitation or a Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
Job Offer
Location: Amazon Corporate Offices in Sydney with hybrid travel potentially required to Amazon Warehouses in the vicinity
Hours: 09:00-17:00 - Monday - Friday
Pay-rate: $38.11/hr
Role Type: Casual Full Time - Potential to Perm after 6 Months
