Ao4 Project Officer

Randstad is currently recruiting for an AO4 Project Support Officer for a state government department on the Gold Coast. We are looking for someone who can start ASAP in an ongoing assignment with the Queensland State Government. The role will see the successful candidate supporting a team who are responsible for the development and implementation of frameworks within the manufacturing industry here on the Gold Coast. This is an AO4 position, paying $54.34 p/hr plus super. This assignment is currently until the beginning of April 2024, with the possibility of extension. The position has a standard 38 hour working week and is based in Nerang.Key duties:Maintain and update the project plan and oversee the project budgets and resourcing.Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to procurement, steering committee meeting agendas and minute taking, proofreading, testing and inbox management.Provide high level administrative support to project teamsData entryDocument control and record keepingMaintaining registers, distributing minutes, and providing reports where requiredCompiling reportsInvoicing administrationSkills/experience required:State Government experience is highly desirablePrior project support experience is advantageousExperience using the system SAPDemonstrated stakeholder engagement skillsPlease note the successful candidate will be required to undergo a Criminal History Check.Undertaking a temporary contract through Randstad will give you exclusive access to our candidates benefits portal.
