About The Role:Public Sector People are partnering with a large State Government on an exciting new project.
We are seeking an AO5 Project Officer to join the team on a full time temporary project. This is an initial 12 month temporary position with 2x more extensions. Key Responsibilities: Providing high level administrative support to the team, including coordinating team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, preparing documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers, updating presentations and providing timely information to the project.
Ensuring infrastructure project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked and recorded in collaboration with document control. Tracking and following-up on actions to ensure timely delivery of outputs and approvals within set timeframes. Assist with formal interface document tracking such as: o Maintaining Interface Action Registers o Monitor, support and assure Interface Documents (Interface Control Forms, Interface Control Documents) Ensure operational practices, standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (incl.
