SalaryThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Procurement Support Officer to join the team on a temporary full-time contract until May. The office is located in Brisbane.
Your new role as Senior Procurement Support Officer:
As the Senior Procurement Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in bolstering our collaborative procurement and contracting framework. Your responsibilities include aiding in the procurement process for projects, liaising with project teams, crafting tender documentation, evaluating tenders, and offering insights on government policies and other requisites for contract award. Additionally, you'll oversee compliance information to streamline monitoring and reporting processes. This position reports to the Principal Program Advisor, Procurement.
About you:
- Prior experience in Procurement, preferably within Government in the ICT or Goods and Services sectors
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, negotiation, tendering, contract and consultation skills
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking multiple procurement activities from start to finish
