The role of the Governance Support Officer (APS 4) enables the delivery of Cargo Helicopter and Uncrewed Surveillance Program Office (CHUSPO) capabilities through the conduct of operational, governance and business support activities.
The Business Support Officer (APS 4) will work within the CHUSPO Business Management Unit and is responsible to the Governance and Assurance Manager for the delivery of Governance and assurance Services and Business Activities for CHUSPO such as;
- Support updates and ensure currency of the CHUSPO web page
- Maintain the CHUSPO risk register under instruction from the APS 5 Business Governance and Assurance Officer.
- Maintain the CHUSPO CARs / IR register seeking regular updates and tracking of closures
- Provide support to the conduct of internal audits of CHUSPO processes and procedures, and facilitate execution of Audit Programs (as required)
- Assist the unit security officer in the execution of Security functions on behalf of CHUSPO
- Support execution of WHS functions on behalf of CHUSPO
- Assist with the administration of Export Control functions within CHUSPO
The Business Management Unit is responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services and in conjunction with Branch, People and Workforce Management functions across the Program Office. We are accountable for the delivery of, and coordination of corporate support services across our multiple work locations.Corporate Services performed by the BMU comprise Logistics Governance and Assurance, and Business Governance and Assurance (which is further broken down into the areas of Information and Records Management, internal Financial Management, Workforce Management, Security, WHS & Risk Management).Our Ideal Candidate
