Duties:
- Coordination of the drafting of the annual report, corporate plan, operational report, annual performance and portfolio budget statements.
- Reviewing performance measures for corporate reporting in line with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).
- Collecting information from multiple line areas and preparing briefs and reports for senior management and internal committees.
- Consulting and collaborating with staff from across the organisation, including providing guidance and assistance.
- As required, assisting with a range of other governance related activities, including the risk management framework, internal audit program, and secretariat support for governance and audit committees.
- Supervising staff (where required).
Do You Have?
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to liaise with and build productive relationships with staff across the agency and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects and display good judgement.
- An understanding or ability to quickly gain an understanding of governance practices and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
