Our client is an independent statutory agency that is responsible for implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). About the role:
Reporting to the APS5 Team Leader, this role will be responsible for the below day-to-day activities.
- Providing advice, procedural guidance, and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assist with data remediation and analysis on project based activities.
- Assist with support regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Build and foster positive working relationship with stakeholders to support the delivery of projects.
- Manage, collate, interpret data to produce reports and dashboards.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Able to work autonomously and in a virtual team environment.
- Confident problem solver to fix complex system issues.
- Strong understanding and experience using a variety of systems / digital platforms, Salesforce highly regarded.
- You are passionate about working and contributing to make a difference in the disability sector.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Criminal History Check, Worker Screening Scheck and / or Working with Children Check (where required) along with proof of Australian Citizenship.
