APS5 Systems Project Officer Location: Hobart Salary: APS5 - $84,627 + 15.4% super Contract length: 6 months non - ongoing (+ opportunity for permanency) Start date: ASAP Work from Home available This position is only available for Australian Citizens. The key tasks to be undertaken by the position include:
Supporting system testing activities and quality assurance through the updating and execution of test scripts
Supporting the development of change management, communication and training materials
Supporting the development of processes, procedures and system instructions and user guides
Supporting the development and delivery of communication and training to colleagues across the Division
Supporting the implementation of changes
Supporting the development of impact assessments of proposed system changes
The capabilities required of the successful candidate include:
Ability to bring a user centred mindset to design and development activities.
Strong analysis and problem solving skills, sound judgement and ability to think critically
Ability to document complex and/or technical information in a way that is relevant to the audience.
Strong written, interpersonal and representational skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong self-management, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines within a dynamic team environment.
