About the role
The Area Manager is a key position in operational and client management within the company. Based in Alexandria, however you will be spending 50% of your on-site with key clients and potential new clients, management of staff, HR responsibilities and other duties.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Manage all operations, processes and systems including night shifts and monitoring
- HR, QA and management on OH & S duties
- Responsible for ensuring all client contracts are managed to the highest level
- Developing strong working relationships with clients
Skills & experience
* Proven experience at an Area Manager level preferably in cleaning / facilities
* Ability to develop, lead and motivate high performing teams
* Proven experience identifying and pro-actively developing client markets both new and existing
* Strong financial, operations and business management skills
