About the Role:
The Inclusive Teaching and Learning Directorate leads department disability reform including best practice advice regarding inclusive education and personalised teaching and learning, curriculum and outcomes for children and students with disability and additional needs.
The Executive Assistant is accountable to the Director, Inclusive Teaching and Learning and is responsible for providing and coordinating high level comprehensive and confidential executive support for the Assistant Directors within the directorate.
The position works within the Strategic Operations team and takes responsibility for a range of administrative functions which contribute to effective and efficient business services for the directorate.
Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO3 $66,590 - $70,968 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation
ASO4 $75,430 - $79,070 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation
