Your experience and essential qualities:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail, analytical, planning, and organisational skills with a continuous improvement focus
The ability to apply initiative, gather information and exercise independent judgement to resolve and address issues as they arise.
Exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
