Duties and responsibilities include:- Manage a portfolio of doemstic clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide seamless service and support.
- Assist in managing client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
- Liaise with underwriters and internal teams efficiently
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in the insurance industry
- Experience as an assistant insurance broker is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in working with commercial clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
