This role will report directly to their highly experienced CFO. Your new role
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of the projects under management.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Assist the Finance Manager with preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide explanations as needed.:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Fortnightly end to end processing of Payroll
What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experience with the system Xero as well as strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the business. You must have advanced Excel skills and a high attention to detail in this role. You will also have the ability to use your initiative, be collaborative and have good written skills.
