Role Overview:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the financial data, supporting the company's financial health. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient processing of AP and AR invoices.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with various projects and tasks as required.
- Reconciling transactions on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Resolving financial disputes alongside the customer service and supervision teams.
- Acting as a key liaison for financial and accounting matters across different departments.
- Qualification & Experience: You should be pursuing or have partially completed CA/CPA qualifications, with a strong proficiency in financial software. A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, preferably within the IT sector or related fields, is expected.
- Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
