Primary Responsibilities -1. Facilitate initial forecast and provide follow-up forecast for different Channels in Sales Division on monthly and ad hoc basic2. Conduct weekly interstate stock transfer to ensure sufficient stock in respective States 3. Provide short coded offer in accordance to set methodology 4. Record all price increase and offers from various of brands 5. Provide regular sales reports, market intelligent, merchandising photos and scan data 6. Liaise product demonstrations with sales division and marketing division, and arrange briefing sessions and manpower for the demonstrations7. Liaise with sales channel for OOH 8. Regularly check business engagement email and prepare necessary data and reports to liaise with sales and marketing division9. Record merchandising materials and coordinate with marketing to order or amend POSMs10. Tidy up different departments’ promotional calendars into master file and prepare trade promotions flyers or posters when necessary 11. Assist in sales events and end consumers promotion 12. The above may be subject to change from time to time and be willing to undertake support for any ad hoc projects or any other responsibility as assigned by management.Key Requirements –1. Detailed and good numerical skills 2. Ability to understand & be trained in data analysis 3. Strong understanding of Mainstream promotions and spent planning.4. Strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications and programs; Powerpoint, Excel and Word5. Experience in different sales channels 6. Can-do attitude and results orientated;7. Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritise;8. Great presentation skills and attention to detail.
